I get over 2 days worth of average use (2-3 phone calls a day, 2-3 SMS, use Bluetooth quite a bit)

Wonder if it's an issue with the batteries or whether some 7560's are a bit more power hungry...?

I think that there is some older sim cards that consume more battery power.

Dont know if itīs just a rumour though.

your usage is very minimal, that's why your battery lasts longer. i make about 5-7 call/day and about 20-30 sms everyday. my battery is good for 1 day on the average. oh, btw, games.. games.. games...

rumors. battery wouldn't have anything to do with battery consumption.

This is the purpose of the default screen saver

The battery consump very fast so Nokia design a screen saver which turn off 90% of the screen display power (Only single line used).
So end up with a boring screen saver as many people complain.
& means that if u uses the screen saver other than the Nokia default will definately shorten the battery life.(More fun more work to charge)

I set my screen saver time at 1minute & using the Nokia datetime screen saver . My 7650 last for 1.5 days with gaming/incoming call & web sufing.

If I used other screen saver or set the timeout >1 minute , it last for 8 hr only.

Anyway, it is a failure of the 7650.

if you want to use the psiloc screen saver u can set the sleep mode to "1 hour" so at least it goes back to default after that period. you are in one way saving batt and another enjoying nice screen savers!
