my 9210i became slow

hi all
i don't know how to fix this but my communicator is slow and always freez
and security from control panel says not found ...what to do..
please tell me

what RAE version are you using ? Have you ever formatted Your device ?

thanx for replying but its working now ... the problem was in crystal arabic
i just format it and reinstall everything and its working now
