I have checked the java.sun.com, it mentions that Nokia 3650 can support MMAPI 1.0. But I found from Symbian.com that 3650 does not support the audio/ video recording function of MMAPI.

Does anyone know which Nokia phones can fully support MMAPI 1.0, especially the audio / video recording API ?

Thank you very much

Series 60 2.0 and onwards, which means the Nokia 6600 and later (such as 6620 & 7610 which have been announced, but are not available yet).

Check the corresponding Series 60 Java SDK's on http://forum.nokia.com/ to be sure.
