How sensitive is The Touch Screen

I just bought 900.
I currently dont own a Screen Protecter.
I Want to no how sensitive is the touch screen . Is it too fregile.
Is it ok if i use my finger ocationally.
How should i clean my screen ?

well the first time i bought p900 i used my nail on most occasions and then i bought the Martin Fields screen protector

but until now i'm still using my nail as the stylus

Got my p900 as they came out, and have noticed the screen getting abit scratched.
So got myself a screen protector!
