application key manager error

I have a problem with Nokia 6600. Some application corrupted my Application Key Manager, so now when I try to run any of "try&buy" programs, I got the error"Application Key Manager Corrupted! Exiting application." On the Nokia page I find the following :

You don't have the Application Key Manager (AKM) installed in your phone. You might have deleted it or you might have only installed the application file itself. Install the ApplicationKeyManager_xxx.SIS file. See NOTE_READ_THIS_FIRST.doc document inside the zip file.

However there is no .zip file to download, just this text.
Does anyone have this file? Or any idea how to restore it?
