UIQ Symbian device from a Arima.

Arima,one of the newer Symbian licensees announced the Symbian Smartphone ASP805.The smartphone features Symbian OS 7.0 with the UIQ interface, 2.7” sensor screen (208x320 pixels), 64 MB of RAM, 32 MB of Flash RAM, SD/MMC slot and 1.3-megapixel camera.

Well there is a little more information on the UIQ site here.

It looks to me like the front panel with numbers covers the whole of the screen and flips upwards to expose the full screen. If so, I like this design as it provides better screen protection over the P900. Also having a directional pad is a big addition.

Sounds goods lets just hope they get round to releasing it in a senseable timescale..
