Question UK Orange Nokia 6600 'Improvements'

I’m on UK Orange and had a text from them couple of days ago to say that they will be sending me a new SIM for “better service” but my partner, also on Orange but not with Nokia 6600, didn’t get message. Anyone any idea what the ‘improvements’ are exactly?

Web Link SIM with 3,3V instead of 5V ?

Maybe you have an "old" SIM with 5 Volt ... and now you get one with 3,3Volt (saves Battery time) ... but I don't know for sure - it just a guess ...

Nope, had a couple of those since getting Nokia 6600 in January, which itself came with a new chip.

I have an Orange UK SIM that holds 200 contacts.

Perhaps this is what they will offer you ?

It's normally only available to high spenders or business tarriffs.

To a poit this is pointless unless you save multiple contacts - that doesnt make much sense but I don't care. I KNOW WHAT I MEAN
