Auto connect to PC + Mophun.sis?

HI

I have the Motorola A920 (3 phone). Anyway, I think it is rather anoying that you have to press the Desktop Suite every time I put my phone in the craddle (connected through USB) to sync the calender with outlook.

So have do I make the phone connect automatically when I put the phone in the cradle?




another question, is there a Mophun.sis I can replace with the mophun920.sis because I have some mophun games, but the phone will not accept them.
