Settings
Hi,
Try the attached files.
One is a settings guide I have which I used originally to setup my own settings.
The other file if my own job settings file I use to encode videos, you should be able to load these into Helix and start to encode straight away.
One word of warning though mate. Be careful what you upload/share due to copyright reasons etc.

Hi,
Thank you I'm flattered. Wish I did know everything though, I'd be a rich man
I just play around a lot with my 6600, especially with the video and theme side so far.
As for an MSN account, no I don't have one mate just email.
I don't know why the jerkyness, maybe those settings I have set the framerate a little high.
Try these ones I have attached and there is also another guys settings written down to configure Helix from scratch.
Speak soon :p

Strange
Hi,
I'm puzzelled myself now. With those settings I get a nice quality video which is jerk free. I must admit to seeing one or two the first time I have played a video, but not always.
I have one I can send you that I made, but you will have to give me an email address as it's to big to go here at 2.76mb.
I have attached another zip, you may have some of the items already but look through it and delete what you already have.
You could maybe try deleting all Audiences and adding a new one, following the settings on the pages I have sent you to create your own. this might do it. Otherwise I can't see why there is a problem now.
Oh, just had a thought. You haven't installed the new Real Player Advanced have you by any chance? The one I tried made the videos very, very jerky. If so remove it and try the original phone one.

Getting there
Hi,
Try reducing the framerate down a little now maybe.
Odins settings suggest 70fps, try maybe 65 and see if this helps.
