Nokia Series 60 --> to Siemens SX1
Has anybody taken an application that was made for any Nokia Series60 phone, and successfully installed and used it on the SX1? I mena, if the game was for, say, the Nokia 7650 a year ago --- have you tried installing it on the Siemens? Having trouble with getting Nokia apps to work on the SX1 -- is there any "special" thing I need to do to get it to work?

It depends on what app you are talking.
I have tested enough right now and most of them works.
All Nokia games like triple pop, bounce ,Card deck, etc. works.
But I had problems with some other, mainly I cannot get sound to some of wildpalms apps/games like Doom,Goboy Plus emulator, Meltdown. Some apps/games that won't work at all and comes to my mind are
Resistance (Symbian Game)
MP3Go (Mp3 player)
Binary Clock (Symbian app)
There are also some apps that runs but have problem with displaying the colors correctly mainly Java, like:
CapsuleSE (Symbian)
FIFA 2004 (Java)
XIII (Java)
Splinter Cell 2 (Java)
...

If you get a chance, can you download one of the apps from:
http://www.jellingspot.com/downloads.htm
And try installing it on your SX1? One other did it, and it threw a system error.
Thanks in advanced!

Same thing here. The Install process was ok but when I tried to run the app. the immediatelly exited with a system error message.
I suggest you to download the Siemens SDK because it is more combatible than the Nokia's
You can find it here:
