Add shortcut to Favourite?

Having an 3660 here.

I have read the user guide on how to add shortcut to favourite.

But WTF!! i press the option button on the shortcut i wan no such option call "add shortcut or go to thingy"

I wanna add the log file or even outbox for testing no such option.

It state in the manual not all have it but i try on every icon and check the option cannot be add to favourite.

Can any1 here teach me how to add the freaking shortcut been trying it for 4 days already and figuring it out how to add the stupid shortcut.

In "Notes", for example, select (scroll to) a note, but do not open it, hit "Options" and then select the appropriate option.

In "Services", select a bookmark (don't open), "Options", etc.

but the problem is like on image or note. When i press the left selection key(option) there is no such option for adding the file to shortcut.

In the services, yes the page can be adding to favourite. The program icon cannot be added to the favourite.

I wanna shortcut => new message or log or image. But no appropriate option for me to click on after i press the left selection key(option) the only option available is open, list view, move, move to folder, help and exit. Those r option found on all the program that i wanna shortcut it to favourite.

i get the impression that there are a lot of things that you cant add shortcuts to, which is a pitty. but i have also heard that there is an app call App Man that allows you to add more items to the shortcuts
