how can i visit web site use the emulator?

I have download and install Symbian UIQ 2.1 SDK from SonyErricssion web site. i can run Emulator by typing epoc.exe.but when i run the programm i found that i can visit web site in the Emulator.I tried to configure the settings on the control panel,but it only show "GPRS" and "Dial up" ,i can't set "Use my computer to online", but how can i visit web site use the emulator?thanks!
