Making new skins for A920

Ok - now I have been surfing the Internet for the last few days trying to find places with information on new skins for my A920!

I would like to know - Does any of you know where I can download a program to make skins for the phone or does anyone know where to download new skins?

Hope that someone can help me.

I know mbm files is a file with a number of images in them, but
how do i create them ???

I have found a couple of mbm picture viewers, but they can't show the skins.... Why is that ??
