Larger 6600 MMC's

Hi, i am looking to get hold of a larger MMC card for my 6600.
Has anyone tried anything above nokia's recommended 128MB MMC? if so, what manufacturer of card have you used and where abouts did you order it online (and at what cost)?

me to,i have a 256mb mmc that i got from topram.com it works great on my 6600,before that i had the 128mb mmc that i got from zxpro.com

Anyone know where to buy a 1GB one from? I've been told they are being introduced now but as yet I've only found a 1GB SD card, which of course will not work with the 6600.
