Upload your photo's direct to internet

I've made a service similiar to nokia club, which allows to upload photos direct to site from phone. If you'd like to betatest it, go to:

Looks quite good - but I get a 'can not connect to image server' message?
Tried all my access points - same error :(

Will

1) You should use gprs access point, not wap
2) Which model do you have? And which version?
