Nightmare for Nokia 9210/9210 Release
(English Version)

The most powerful game on 9210 history
Let 9210 reach the top of the hardware performance

Dragon-city is covered with a kind of mysterious air, where there are different forbidden zones in big or small size. It is said that the places are connected and pass sad and thrill sound at night, which make people hair stands on end. Maybe, the people who live on the ground will never imagine the corruption there, and don't know what lives there. Only when they are youngsters, the elders told them that they should not approach the city, or else they would be torn into pieces. It is not an alarmism, countless pathfinders and the ones who rush into the city by mistake were licked up.

And now, this day, it's time that the nightmare should finish. The adventuress, Linda, will charge the nightmare by right of her outstanding marksmanship and infinite courage, so that uncover the mystery veil of forbidden zone. Just from now on, perhaps everything there will be changed……are you interested in fight with her?
Nightmare is the first horror and adventure game of Nokia 9210. The player will act as an adventuress by the name of Linda, and control her to explore in 5storey cachot in order to look for the spectre. Only by bearing down the fiend, Luka, that the continual nightmare will be sealed underground forever.

So that, Linda will cross swords with all kinds of monsters and corpse sucking blood, and kill groups of sanguinary daimon. She can only make use of the plentiful physical force and the treasure found casually.

Well it looks damn pretty in the screenshots, and I'm just downloading the preview video to get a better idea of what is going on. That said it looks like something I'll buy as and when I can afford to.

Read the manual and I seem to have a fair idea of what it's up do, need to try a demo to see if I like it though.

TBH, no offence it maybe google talking, but that review has done little more than rehash the manual and screenshots.

having tried this game 5 minutes ago i would say it's pretty cool!!!
it's like playing doom from a different angle... hehehe...

anyway, it would be cool if we have more option for the character to be...
coz at the moment we can only be a female warrior (Linda??)... how bout adding another character (a male perhaps??) with different weaponary???

anyway, i will try a couple of hours more and will update later...

Sorry then,

We originally have several charaters, but because of the limited storage, we cancel the others.

But we will release the expansion pack, and let every on be a man

A question,

Would you release the add-on packs as "free to download" or ar you going to charge a small fee for new characters? (Eg $5 per character?)

Not knowing how you made the game engine, but, the expansion pack is a good one, then you could provide different levels and graphics (similar to changing the .wad file for DOOM), I never saw any reference to expansions, but if there are some it makes the game a much better sounding buy.

BTW I wasn't doubting you I was kinda hoping for a slightly more detailed review. It's just that a lot of times I have paid money for a game only to play it a few times because I didn't enjoy it, becaue of that I am skeptical to pay for a game without a detailed review first.

"The most powerful game on 9210 history

Is that crap? or is the game performance on par with say Rayman?

Has anybody actually went through the process of registering to play a DEMO?! Is it worth it?

If somebody wants my $25 for a game on a handheld. It better be one well written piece of code or i'm gonna BITCH! =P

Well.. i've pretty much given up on trying the demo of this game i'm not sure what code red is thinking but ...

I downloaded the trial version from Handigo. After I installed the game and went to run it i was prompted for a serial number. I went to there webpage and registered. After about an hour or so I get this little email in my inbox.

"Dear user:
This is from Digital-Red, and thank you for register our WGC program ! You have the rights to try our demos on your registerd mobile device"

Thats it! No link .. no reg code .. NO NOTHING! I cant find anything on there page to log in and retrieve a reg code so i can play a DEMO.

I have this feeling i've wasted more than enough time trying to test out a game that might be worth purchasing. What ever happened to posting a link in the forum STRAIGHT to the demo download, installing and playing it within about 5 minutes? =)

To be honest I don't quite buy that either, and hell Rayman is hardly pushing things, the most impressive bit of code I've seen is the G-Force demo on the 9210 and imho you gotta go some to beat that.

As for your comment about registering to use the demo version, I agree that that is the most silly idea I've ever seen.
