Question

and what will the internetspeed be? because i thought about the 6600 using EDGE, which is about 113 kbs, and then you'll get a pretty fast internetconnection... or is the speed just like any other gsm-phone?

if you use CSD with your 6600, you'll only get 9.6kbps-14.4kbps

if you use GPRS with your 6600, you'll get 33.6kbps

all this speed is network dependent. if you're network doesn't have HSCD, then you're stuck with 9.6kbps for CSD

I think Steffi is saying just the opposite! Using the computer's internet connection from the 6600.
It was easy on the 3650/7650, but on the 6600 I have neither managed to do it nor heard of anybody that has done this.

Quote from Nokia site for the 6600

Up to 40.2Kbps in GPRS networks

Up to 43.2Kbps in HSCSD networks

It does not mention CSD, but I agree that is 14.4Kbps max.
