Help!! P900 No Service
I got a P900 and for the life of me, it will not pickup service from the network. I have an Att sim and I tried a Tmobile sim and it still didn't pick up a network. I tried manually selecting a network and it won't give me any any available. I tried doing a mater reset on the control panel and still nothing. is there any other ideas of, short of flashing, to wake this phone up and have it pick up a network?

Is there by any chance this phone used to be locked.. Moreover, I hope you're exploring different areas to pick up network.

No I checked the phone config. It says it's unlocked for all GSM networks. I also have tried different areas and different sim cards.

Your problem is obviously an internal corruption in the phone then.. I would send it in for service and get a firmware flash.

not really that obvious
dude, doing a hard reset from the control panel isn't a hard reset, you need to input the hard reset code in the flip closed mode, i can't remember it off the top of my head but it's easy to find if you search

No I did do a hard reset with the flip closed.
format your internal disk
enter: up * down down * down *
(up and down for the jog dial)
then follow the menu, one of the options is to reformat the internal disk. This is what I did. If this isn't a hard reset, then I stand corrected and could please find out how to do this so I could try it.
