E Profiles removal

Has anyone else had any problems with E-Profiles on their 6600?? i installed it for a trial, didn't think it was that good so tried to remove it through the app manager, but every time i select remove i get a "system error!!" box.

i've made sure that the software is not running and have even tried a reboot to no avail.

It works for me BUT is not yet designed for Symbian 7.0.
What I mean by that is that some features are not yet supported (theme swapping support, new app. assignation to softkey).

eg:You can assign IMAGES to leftSoftKey but nothing happens whne you press it (C:\system\apps\images doesn't exist).

And so on...
I've mailed psiloc but I've got no response whatever about releasing dates or updates.

this with the images sound logic.

There is now the gallery 4 it.

even the soundeditor do not work if he do not anymore exist on the 6600.

but youre right anyway: E-profile (even v.1.92) only work a part.
There is no possibility to assign backgrounds (cause the new themes),
autostart do not work.

but the most shortcuts to the softkeys works fine.
always remeber, that the left one work with a small delay.(because the keylock.)

I'm also trying to remove eProfiles as I think it's causing another problem on my phone. The trial version has expired, which means I can't get into it to deactivate it or so. Is there a way I can force it to quit or something so I remove it?

Here is the solution:

install app.man from www.symbianware.com and open it:

klick 2 times in the right direction with the joystick:

there u will see the activ tasks.

scroll to ePSwitcherptions/more/end task.

close app.man. and deinstall it.

Like this e-Profile is really inaktiv and u can remove it.
