nokia 9210 dial-in problem

Hi all,

I have some trouble with a nokia 9210.
I’ve installed newtelnet version 4.0.1 on this device. And I could use it to connect to my work.
I then installed some software to reboot the phone without to have to unplug the battery. During this installation, the phone crashed and I needed to reboot it.
After this phone crash I was no more able to make a dial-in call.
Each time I make a new call, at the moment the work server should ask the user-name and password for the connection, the communication (phone call) is ended.

I tried several time to format the phone but after the format, I always have the same problem.

It’s the same problem with each software I use to connect (same with citrix client).

Seems software is directly installed in rom cause the citrix client and the newtelnet program are always available after the reboot.

The phone firmware version is:

V 04.13
18/12/01
RAE-3

Is there a way to solve this problem?
Is there a way to delete some stuff from the rom ?

Thank you

David
