My memory nearly full

I encounter problem about file in N-Gage.

filename c:\system\data\logdbu.dat is sobig amount 2Mbyte.

I can't delete , rename it, when I do it alert "file in use".

Your suggestion are very appreciate.

Clear the call log in the Log application (second view in the app + Options) & change the "Receive report" to "No" in Messaging application Settings (and then back again).

I try delete all receive/dialed call log and receive report is set to "No" already, but it's still same.

I don't want to hard reset machine.

Please suggestion.
