miniGPS ... bigPBK (P800 Battery Killer)
tried minigps for a while, it's a great software, and a real promissing one, but what bothers me much that I have to keep it funcional all the time to get it features, which is draining the battery like hell (16 hours and the phone dies).
guess it's a real good software, but people at Psiloc need to fix this problem.
anyone faced same problem?

strange
mine was sucking power like crazy, although it's the latest version 1.03 (strange that when u go to their site, u'll c latest version in 1.02, buty when u download it u'll get version 1.03)
I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but get same results, when it's off I face no battery problems!
I find this software a real great one, and I really want it to work properly.
anyone tried their new software? where I am, which is the same as miniGPS, but different output

Yeah, i tried that too, its just a simpler but better looking version. Less events and a Learn button to learn where you are. Mini GPS is better

there should be somtething causing the battery leak, I shall find out by quiting all programs, and starting them 1 by 1
