Question Firmware - how do I update?

I was wondering could anyone tell me how I update the firmware on my 7650? and to check what firmware version I have.

Cheers

YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET THE UPDATED FIRMWARE FREE IF YOU CAN PRODUCE PROOF OF PURCHASE @ THE PHONE'S STILL UNDER WARRANTY. THERE'S A NSC IN BELFAST CITY CENTER AT THE CARPHONE WAREHOUSE

Cheers for the replys. Since that happened, I have now got myself a new 7650, Orange replaced under warranty, version 4.39 :-).
The problem that I had was that I could no longer type letters in for messages - all that would come up were numbers!! It wouldn't let me into tools/settings/phone/general, just came up with an error message too. It was firmware version 3.16.

Maybe reformatting the phone if it happens again would help, didn't know how to do that before. I like having a shiny new model though. Was yours the same problem every time?
3650 seems like a nice one to have!!

I DROPPED IT THE FIRST TIME & IT WOULDN'T TURN ON AGAIN. SECOND TIME IT WAS THE SAME PROBLEM AS YOU @THE THIRD ONE WORKED FINE BUT I ONLY KEPT IT FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS.
THE 3650 IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. IT'S THE PHONE THE 7650 SHOULD HAVE BEEN.
