Does exist a program for sending MMS from 9210???
First of all, hallo to everyone here and thanks fro this very helpfull forum!!!
I'm a 9210 user from Italy. I a Communicator user since the first 9000, I also have the 9110 and 9110i in my collection!
I have recently received my EyeQ Digital Camera for using that with my 9210, we in Italy have never had this camera in bundle with the phone at the shops, this bundle was valid fro all Europe except of Italy and France (I don't understand why!?!).
My questions is the following:
Does exist a program for sending MMS messages from 9210???
That's because Italian GSM broadcasters (TIM, WIND, VODAFONE) are giving this service (the sending of MMS messages) FREE of charge till the end of September!!
I wished to take the opportunity of sending MMS without purchasing a 7650!!!
Please could anyone here let me know if something exists??? Maybe the Psiloc's External Messaging does also this????
Before I go I wished to put a link of my further purchase:
http://www.nokia.it/cellulari/gps/home.asp
A nice addition to my beloved 9210!!!
Kind regards,
giankyc

There is no MMS capabilites within the 92xx series, however the EMessageing app from PSIloc, will allow you to send a file over SMS, but only to another 92xx (AFAIK), and it does this via multiple SMS, so not much use to your free MMS I'm afraid.

No programs available at the moment.
I did see that there are classes in the sdk that supports MMS. If you can find a programmer that is willing to tackle this, and if the required libraries are present on the N9210, then this should be possible. Don't know if it will be before end of Sept.

Thank you all for the replyes!
I gave a look at Nokia Forum for MMS SDK and there's a nice Java class for using that. As a VB programmer I think that is possible to use this class for sending SMS from the 9210 but I have not the time neither the possibility (Java is a bad beast fro me!) to do this. As I see some developer here, well... this could be a nice idea for a new program or an implementation!
kind regards,

MMS third party software will rock!
but if Nokia brings it as a free downloadable add-on software, then that will surely rock! make us communicator users happy!

hmmm its not impossible... ive seen the commercial ad of Nokia (Connecting People) and they've shown 9210 sending MMS. I posted a topic already regarding MMS somewhere regarding the ad and a 9210 guru replied that it is possible to develop a 3rd party software for MMS messaging. Just dunno wer it is now.

It is very quiet about MMS and 9210. But the fact that even that 9210i doesn't support MMS is disappointing and not really a good sign!
