Automatic switch off

Hi everyone,

as a former Siemens (hey no boos please) user, one great item they built in was the possibility to set a time when the phone switched itself off - this saves a heck of a lot of battery energy !

Is there a setting in the 7650 for the same or does anyone know a software which can do this ?

GhostDog will become famous soon enough
I'm not sure about this, but maybe you should try some of the advanced profiles applications like SmartProfiles from www.symbianware.com or Extended Profiles from www.psiloc.com

liverpool lad is on a distinguished road
following on from Ghostdog's comment, eprofilespro will execute another program when changing a profile, so maybe we need to find/write a "switch-off" app to action.

eprofile pro

Thanks guys,

but I think only the liverpool lads idea can help. I've tried various progs concerning the profiles, but these all allow just the starting of a programm (yup a shut down app is what I would need) or the indepth personalizing of the profiles w/o a shut down or switch off allowance.

Who knows how to programm such an app ?? :fadein:
