Problems faced while Extracting the P800 SDK

I have downloaded the SDK that comes as 6 zip files.

Whenever I extract the first zip file, it gives me a message "Error :Invalid compressed data to inflate".

I am using Windows 2000 Professional machine.
I have installed winZip8.1 on my machine.

I tried downloading the complete SDK again.
I have downloaded the Missing files also.

Please help.
I want to use Personal Java as a development platform and develop applications on Sony Ericsson P800.

Thanks for the help in advance,

Shubhangi.

I think you need WinZip 8.1 SR-1 (Service Release 1).

They should've really used a more "generic" ZIP version to compress the SDK.

I am using WinZip 8.1 SR-1 Evaluation version.

Is that the problem? Should I be using Registered version of WinZip?

Pls suggest.

Worked for me (registered WinZip 8.1 SR-1) when I did it a couple of months ago.

See also this.

If it doesn't help, ask about your problem there.
