its nothin like 1 is better or other is bad. its just that made by nokia ones are frm china i guess and finland ones are first pieces made.

the way hi-tech companies organise their manufacturing these days, you can "almost" guarantee the components are the same (from the same suppliers). Quality control are of the same high standards too. It generally comes down to having an assembly plant in each region (ie Asia-Pacific, Americas, Europe-Middle East-Africa) to satisfy "local" demand. Located where there is skilled labour, and/or very cheap labour.

Then, when demand goes through the roof, you get chinese-made phones appearing in Europe 😃

not just the latest 7650 have the yellowish screen, even the first batch of 7650 have a mixed screen colour

If your Nokia phone is made by Nokia and you bought it from a country part of EU, it means your phone is manufactured (or assembled) in one of the EU member countries.

A bit confusing, but you got the idea, right...? If product is made in EU, you don't have to tell anymore the exact location (country).
