variation on an old theme, couldn't find the answer I was looking for via the search:
using MobiMate (has a sort of world clock feature): when you access the clock screen for the first time after starting up the app, the digital times are correct, but the clock-face times are all one hour behind. BUT, move to a different tab, and then move back, and the digital & clock-face times coincide.
But that's not all... if I don't "force" the times to coincide, when Psiloc's clock-face screensaver kicks in, it shows the time one hour behind!
From previous comments on the forum, sounds like an OS issue - is that right? any kind soul feel like writing a corrective app to run in the background??
