Creating a new database on the 9210i

I am unable to create a new database on the 9210i, I have synchronized with Outlook in the standard database and now the New Database option is always gray 😞 .

Anyone ideas?

PS Besides this irritating problem : whow what a machine :P !

I'm facing the same problem! Would appreciate any feedback on how to resolve this.

Apparently a new contact database cannot be created without adding a memory card. So the solution is to add a memory card, which would then enable the "New Database" option.
