Help - formatting memory card

Ok, after installing the demo of CameraFX i go to open it and it gives me "system error".
I restart the phone and try to open the menu and it does nothing. I can't open camera or contacts (thats what i set to two buttons to). In desperation i reset the memory (using the *#7...#* code thing).
I turn on the phone and there is absolutely no change.
So i suppose that i'll have to restart the memory card :( but how do i do this without a card reader (i can't even get into the meu in the phone).
Any help would be much appreciated.
Sorry if this has already been discussed but i couldn't find anything relating to it when i ran a search.
*edit*
forgot to add that when i use the phone with the memory card not inserted it works fine and that the memory card is 128 megs.

Ok i have setup bluetooth and got it all working properly without the memory card in.
I then put the memory card back in and tryed to get bt working. The authorization message came up and i hit yes and then i got the error "App. closed ectcpadapter_00808E5cE32user-cbase 46".
I don't have access to a card reader and i don't want to buy one. Is there any way around it?

Unfortunately i can see no way around it  .
It looks like we'll have to either buy or get access to a card reader.
If there was a code to format the memory card (like there is for phone memory) we could get around it but i am 95% certain that there isn't.
At least if i buy a card reader i can retrieve alot of the stuff on the card.
