Sadly I work for this company, and have redesigned the website, but the boss does not seem to care how for most people the first point of contact with the company is presented.

Dude, your design is better for several reasons. It is more lively and it took lesser time to load on my slow pc/internet connection.

Thanks mosquito But I'm definitely changing job. I can't wait to get out of here now, it's just become unbearable...

The company makes very little (if any) profit at the best of times, at times struggles to even break even. The manager has minimal people skills, and does not seem interested in promoting the product.

I have no managerial qualifications, but even I know how employees should be treated, and that to sell a product, the first step is to make it look attractive! (you think the website is bad, you should see the UI of the product!!)

Given that our only form of advertising is word of mouth, and what is presented on our existing cutomer's screens... it's HIDEOUS. It looks so unprofessional I'm surprised we have as many users as we do. I can't believe this company I really can't. I have to get out.
