6600 vs. SX1
Well what is your opinion?
I guess that the SX1 will be available earlier and with better features.
(i love the radio and the mp3 player and it can do anything that my 3650 can do, which is in my opinion made in a too cheap way - plastic toy is the magic word)
The only thing i miss on series 60 smartphones: Fullscreen Pictures for incoming calls.
Well i dont like that you can not go fullscreen for videos on the SX1.
Mono on 6600 sucks! But the screen rules!
I guess I will go for a SX1!
Let me know your opinion!

6600 for me. Looks better (IMO) and has a proper "traditional" keyboard, and probably its little bit cheaper than SX1(?). And its Nokia.

Well 6600 has just been announced so the excitement of all us phone geeks has not died down yet as it has with the SX1, which is long overdue on the market. Now if I were skeptical about the circular keypad on the 3650 I just can't see using the two sides for phone dialing on the SX1.

SX1, for me looks a bit 'funny'. The keyboard is a stupid idea. I'm going for 6600, the shape and design (large TFT screen, traditional keypad, not bulky) are what future phones will be based on. 6600 is the way forward.

Most people will get the 6600 because of fashion, trend or because the are Joe "i want the new nokia" Shmoe when infact the SX1 might be hell of a lot better.

ghost dog, that's your opinion. Not mine. I like Nokia, but if I see a phone that pleases me more than nokia's than I'll try to have it. The matter of fact is that I haven't saw any...
p800 could be the only one, but all the interface is awful, no sense of aesthetics at all. And it's too expensive, so.... i stick with my 7650 waiting for 6600!!

I am fairly open to either of theses phones in the end it depends on price. I currently own the 3650 and I really enjoy using it, I have even got used the the key pad.
I think the sx1 desgin is a good idea and I don't see how it would be a problem using the keypad - how often do you actually use it to dial numbers? as for texting I have always used two thumbs anyway so no problem. My only critisism of the design is all the space they have saved by moving the number keys to the side they have used up with the control pad and contol keys - surley these could have been made smaller and the screen bigger.
I like the 6600 in a more conventional way. There is nothing controversial about it really - it is quite a stade piece of design.
Functionally they are more or less the same for my uses - I don't use MP3 nor do I use my phone to listen to the raidio.
IMO it is a close run thing between the two it will depend ultimately how closely they are released if they are months apart I will probably go for the earliest, however if they are a released at the same time (+/- 1 month) I will wait and compare the two.

Well I guess, for all those ones who dont use the radio and the mp3 player, the 6600 is maybe the more fashionable phone. If it would have stereo output i would probably go for a 6600 if i wouldnt have to wait too long.
WeŽll see what the next weeks bring, I dont expect the sx1 to be available by august, as siemens shortly anounced, and i dont expect the 6600 for Q3.
Well in that way i will have to spend money for mobiles earliest after my surf trip to greece, means that i will spend more money on drinking down there.
cheers!
