n6600 is not ment to replace p800... that's why i vote no. but it will replace my 7650. p800 is a pda, n6600 is a phone... the old discussion again?

how are they incomparable? doesn't eh 6600 support 3g? but it's only got one camera so video calls can't be carried out.

I'd go for the 6600 to get a one hand operated smartphone, and the P800 if I wanted more a pda device.
Therefore I agree with others that these aren't quite comparable and are targeted for different kind of use..
I voted for the 6600, because currently I prefer the one hand design of the Series 60 platform.

3G? How can it support 3G on a GSM network. It's a whole new ballgame 3G.

6600 and other similar phones refer to 2.5G category.

Yes,the 6600 is a 2,5G phone.The only nokia phone,or maybe the only phone(that i know of)that can work both on 3g(WCDMA) and regular GSM networks is the 6650.

Ahem, well, actually, all 3G phones fall back to ordinary GSM when not in a 3G cell area. This is essential for the uptake of the technology as without it you would only be able to use your phone in a very limited number of places until more 3G base stations are built. This is not to say the 6600 supports 3G (I wouldn't have the foggiest whether it supports 3G or not) in fact I can't see why they would bother if it is essentially a 2.5G phone.

@Ghostdog
bout the 3G that fall back to 2G when not in the 3G area this is absolutely true
cos here in Australia we use this 3G here
and if there is a 3G icon on the screen means that u can use the 3G service but if the icon change to 2G then u just can make a phone call or SMS
the phone that i was talking about is NEC 606
