I have a really bad problem! Anybody have?

When I try to list my log, the phone get lock and I couldnt do anything.. after few minutes!!, logs start to list entries. Whenever I switch to telephone screen when the phone lock, after few minutes error screen appear. It is same as when I try to see my dialed, missed or recieved call.. For example I try to call my last call, the dialed screen open then again it is locked..

My OS version 4.46. I have took my phone to NCS to fix this problem twice. In first time they reinstalled the software but no result when I restore my contacts. In second time, they said that we change a electronic device within the phone, but again there is no result. Addition to them, the phone day by day get slow like some processes work something like %100 percent cause the phone slower.. For example, my mms or sms messages are opening approximately in 1 minute when I try to open in main screen!!

The major usable feature of phone doesnt work. It means I cant use my phone in normal phone call feature.

Anybody have such kind of problem? Please share with me if there is a solution..

Or, your feedbacks are welcome.. because NCS doesnt fix this problem!!

Is there any software to view process in CPU usage view? switch app is not enough for me what I need is something more to see which process spend CPU power.. Actually I need a debug program to see what the phone is trying to do when it get lock..

Take that phone to the closest Nokia Service Center, ASAP.

I fix my problem with my own methods.. what I do is using Oxygen phone manager to get the all contacts database, then I format my phone and by using this software I recreate my contacts database.. Then now everything is ok.. I think this problem is araised because of the inconsistent data in contacts database.. I fix it..

FYI

One of the first things I noticed with the 7650 is just how slow the log is to load and exit. I don't think there's anything Nokia can do about it, it's just the way it is. I also find MMSs take a while to open if they're large files. Again, there's nothing that can be done about this, it's a limitation of the phone. If it had more power, more memory, it might run a little faster, but that's what new models are all about!
