Apple iSync 1.1 has limited Symbian support.

Apple have released the latest version of their Mac synchronisation software iSync 1.1. As previously speculated this now supports Nokia series 60 devices and the P800. However at the moment this is limited to Contact details only. Calender and To Do support are listed as coming soon.

Thanks to s_adams for the heads up.

Nokia 3650 and OSX

I have had a few probs with the address book on iSync 1.1
It is nice though that when someone rings it shows up on the screen with option to answer the call, That should shut my T68i gimp friends for a bit.

Now what we need is software to control iTunes with a 7650 / 3650 ....

Re: Apple iSync 1.1 has limited Symbian support.

I can not get my p800 to sync - iSync starts with the "connecting to <devicename>" message, in my case "Connecting to p800" and then about a minute or so later it "finishes" and pops up an error message saying "unable to connect to the device"

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Sumit

Try turning off the firewall if you have it on.

seems isync can only deal with one symbian phone at a time :-(

So you will not be able to keep two 3650 or one 3650 and one P800 up to date for your family/working group or geek mobile collection
