Just got my 7650

dont spose any1 knows how to get irc and msn on the fone for free do they ? (dont like the idea of paying for something I dont know if I can use it properly yet).

I'm slightly wary of paying for apps particularly since I tried the trial version of Wireless IRc and couldn't get connected to any server, not even quakenet after configuring it all.

sorry I didnt mean warez.

I having problems with trial of wireless IRC trial version I can't connect to servers.

It resolves the address ok, just says Disconnected (-33) all the time :(

This -33 error reminds me of a similar problem of not being able to connect an application to the internet.. In that case all I had to do was to use a WAP GRPS connection profile instead of a "normal" one for general internet use. In case a different connection profile is required for your GSM provider, too, try using either of them although the General Internet connection profile is probably what you need with Wireless IRC.
