Help! IR Remote control

I have downloaded the new IR Remote Control for the P800 and I can't get it to work for some reason.
Has anyone else had any problems?
Please HELP...

P.S. It's downloaded to my phone fine but when I turn on the IR in the control panel the remote control won't load up and it gives the message:
"Program closed. Reason Number 555".

You should have the IR turned off and not on!!! IR Remote starts IR by its own!

I have also experienced the above problem. The IR program does not initialise the IR hardware on its own and requires a manual activation. This causes the 555 IR error, and worse still prevents the phone from being turned off. Any ideas?

The prog inits IR. u have restarted the phone?

Had the same problem.
Couldn't turn off the phone and the screen was blank.

Tried to restore. Nothing worked.

Al last I took the battery out and put it back in the phone.

Now I was able to put on the phone again and everything worked as before.

I have a real problem with this application, the installation was fine but when I try to do some work on it, it doesn't work with me, I tried it with more than one brand but nothing happens even if the Infrared is turned off..

help please...
