So, no bloody use to us then, eh?

Old trick, that used to work, was to give your UK address & postcode, but put the country as Canada (as they have a similar postcode system).

American sites would despatch to Canadian PO, who would look at it, assume that the Americans were being dumb, and forward it to the UK.

Haven't tried this recently, and suspect that modern PAFs abount to validate deliveries on the North American continent, but you could have a go at it anyway...

Their site say they are back ordered. I went ahead and placed one on order anyhow. Thanks for the link.

That site was mistaken. They actually NEVER had any 128mb in stock. I called them on that at least 1 month ago. I spoke to a manager to figure out why their availability status was fluctuating. The initial sales rep had first said they had them in stock at one point, but the manager quickly cleared that up and confirmed they have not sold 1 piece todate because they never had any in stock. The problem was with the web guys and the status que not functioning properly. Chances are they will not get it any sooner then other carriers. I was lucky to get mine for under $65 from a US dealer that got their shipments from a sister store in Japan.

Thank you for placing your order with Page Computer.

Unfortunately, the product you requested MSGM128A, 128MB MEMORY STICK DUO is currently unavailable.
We have attempted to source the item from all our suppliers across the country, but we were unsuccessful. On occasions,
we receive more orders than we have products before our website is updated. Also if you ordered over the weekend there is
no one to physically research the order until the following working day. Please note that we are closed on Saturday and
Sunday.

We try our best to fulfill your order as we appreciate your business, and your business makes our business successful.
We feel it is in your best interest that we cancel your order, so that you have ample time to source the product from
another supplier. We do not benefit from turning your business away and apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately,
we do not accept backorders because the manufacturers provide us with unreliable ETA's (estimated time of arrival) for
their products. We would not be providing the best service to our customers by holding an order and not knowing when it
will be available to ship. We have not charged your credit card. In the event that we have charged your card, please
notify us immediately, so we can reverse the charges as soon as possible.
:bad-words: Guess I won't be getting one after all....yet! :bad-words:

Very VERY poor customer service...
