I can sync, but the data is missing...
So, I have no trouble getting it to sync (once I picked the right profile for Outlook 2000). Works pretty well on the contacts, tasks.

On the calendar... well, it doesn't seem to sync any appointments where I am listed as "Out of the office" in outlook. All other appointments come across. Anyone else seen this? Very annoying.
