Help Deleting File

Help!
I can't delete a file without a file name.
I was trying to copy an excel file using cable, since the file is 3.9 MB it'll take forever so I bought usb card reader and start copying but the phone creates a new file without a file name, (it's only 1 byte, but it seems annoying) when I try to delete it, it says
"invalid characters"
Anybody can help me, pleaze, pleaze!

A file explorer can do it. Just di it

Last time I had this I had to format the drive to restore the filesystem ...

No, can't do.
I've tried to rename it, move it using the card reader and the file manager.
Well, it looks like i have to format the card. (I'm just 2 lazy to format the card)

Once the filesystem is fucked up it get's rather hopeless :s
