Cant play videos on my phone with sound???:(
I try converting movies in to mp4 with quick time 6
and when I try with with the sound it dosnt play I get a error message before the video starts to play.
and when i try it with out sound it works perfectly fine???
whys that
can soneone tell me how to get video with sound
anyother way except Mpgable  ops:

I really dont get what are you saying here?
The videos dont have sound on the PC right?
I dont think mpegable player does not play sound or at least does not play the amr/3gpp sound codec.
For that,you can try nokia's multimedia player,or PVplayer wich comes with PVauthor.

www.packetvideo.com download their convertor and see if that works.

I do have sound on the computer when i send that on the mobile It dosnt play it.....but when I convert it in to mp4 with out sound then it works perfectly well......
is there any way I can reinstall mpgable and it will start working again??
:Por is there anyone whos got a video converted in quicktime which works pefrectly fine??

well these are the settings I do
the MPEG-4 Settings
General
Video Track-Improved
Size:160x120
Audio Track:Music
Video
Video Track-Improved
76kbits/second
Frames per second 12.0
Key Frame every 75 frames
Audio
Audio Track:Music
16 kbits/second
Channels:Mono
Output Sample Rate:11.025 kHz
Encoding Quality:High
thats all i do........so what am I doing wrong,
and when I turn the Audio off then the P800 plays the videos
but when I turn the audio on the P800 gives a error message when It's about to play it.....

You'd probably get a better response in the P800 forum. I don't think there is a MP4 player for the 7650

I have transfered a couple of movies with quicktime and I had the same problem. Then I did something and it got fixed, but I'm not sure about what it was that I did.
Try the smart stereo option for sound, maybe that was it. The movie I converted that worked was made by myself with Itunes and I added my own soundtrack, so maybe thet's why It did transfer into the MP4 format. I don't know.

Could you please try converting a video with quicktime and see what you do and let me know the settings that you use :P
