App to record phone conversations ??

Hi,

is there any software out there that can record phone conversations ?? So that i can record my voice and the voice of the other person ??

not tht iv heard of it would be very hard to program it neway... i think cos u hav to get a way for it to get linked wiv the input sound signal

Well, these answering machines seem to pull it off, so it can't be impossible. Basically the way they work is they answer, playback a recording and then record a message ? all in software.

The same should be possible with normal conversations.

dosnt the 3650 have a Voice Recorder?? like the 7650?
if it does have the voice recorder which Im sure it does...
you could record the phone conversations with that...once when you dial the number open the menu,go to extras then voice recorder then start recording :P(thats how it is in the 7650 and im sure it must be the same for the 3650) :P

Marius is right, it does. Only thing is though, you can only record 1 min, and it beeps every 5 seconds. :x

Well yes,the 1 minute limit might be removed with some third party program but i think that the beep will remain (Legal issues)

If you are in another conversation you could also play the recorded conversation and make your other friend listen to it :roll:
Im not sure be if I remember correct there was a program named Call manager which I read about on www.My-symbian.com which can record calls with out the beep in it,
I could be wrong...

Call manager is a answering machine app that mutes the microphone while recording :P ops:

yup it says this in the manual you can.

also note: older nokias could do it too (ie. 8310).
