Charging 5800 with an old charger (lower current)

So if I regularly charge my 5800 with a different charger, which is rated at a lower current, will it actually damage my Lithium ion Battery? I do it because its just a bit more convenient but yeah, there is a big difference between 350mAh and 950mAh.

... I'm just starting to get a bit paranoid. Thank you for any light you can shed on this.
