battery trouble

i first reported my crap battery to samsung in dec , bought it in oct, they mailed me ,to try dif options to see if it was mo or battery problem, gave a month or two to give it a chance and told em it was def battery, they asked for serial number ,etc, mailed in a month or two again and they now say they`l only give new battery under 6 month old, yet i mailed em in dec, 2 months after i had fone, and by the time i mailed each other its been 7 months, they told me to fone em so they can palm me off wi sum crap, any ideas how to sort it
