How do you get the screen showing ram usage?

Hi,

I've seen screen shots of this screen with the icons of chips and the ram usage but I can't find this on the phone.

Where is it please?

Thanks a lot.

There are a couple of free ways I know of, actually (though they're not task managers like the paid software above):

1. Install 'Y-Tasks version 050' and then 'Y-Tasks plug-in: Memory status, version 050' from here (it installs into a new folder rather than into Applications, annoyingly):

2. Use NSysInfo (which displays free RAM in bytes, not megabytes):

Thought it was standard functionality. Thanks a lot everyone for the suggestions.
