Unable to transfer over 8GB of music files from WMP

I have a 16GB i8510. The phone is currently reporting 5.7GB as being free after transferring as much music data as it will allow me to. My music folder on the computer is 7.79GB. Windows Media Player reports the phone as having 14.9GB of usable space so it knows there is more space on there but the Sync tab now reports the phone as being full and won't send over a couple of albums worth of tracks to the phone. I am still able to transfer other files across using Windows Explorer so Windows in general knows there is more space available.

Does anyone know a way around this or what's causing it?

Thanks
