mess with usp port?

hi,

remember U3 technology on usb sticks? (wiki has article about it.)
what im trying to find out is if this is possible to enable by symbian software, so that my phone can have U3 ,

or if not that, basically i want to my phone be recognized as CD-ROM when i plug it on PC.
