New ways for signing an apps?

I've been wondering if there are new ways for signing an application for my nokia n95 8gb.
Everything I've search in the internet were date from 2007-2010 and I'm having bad time in signing my apps.
I think maybe it is because the methods I've searched were already a thing in the past or maybe I just can't get it right so please tell me guys...
