Thunderhawk isn't a free app. Its have a free trial:
Code:
http://www.bitstream.com/wireless/products/symbian/
Hard reset? Much to do with it. Why don't use a tool like CalvinStinger (free tools)? or any mobile antivirus app.?

How about not installing stolen/cracked software in the first place?

If in addition to that you do not install unsolicited apps sent to you via Bluetooth, MMS, in email or otherwise, you can avoid all malicious software, the trouble they create with data loss, device reformatting, other extra expenses, and you don't then also have a need for any antivirus apps, either.
