PPl with similar problems had to go to the NSC and either have their phone replaced or sent away for two weeks and got it back!

This is sometimes tha case when using filemanagers and deleting files. But It could be a hardware or software fault! My advise is to return the phone. Its anoying but this might be the best choice! Who knows, you might be lucky and get a new phone

Same problem here. the BT wont work and I am suffering a battery fatigue problem. If you ask me Nokia phones are quite buggy! Still they are feature rich I think I will have to get the rom upgrade.
